- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details.
- In-stock items are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using UPS / Canada Post. Please note that when ordering outside of Canada, you may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees. FUNSTY is not responsible for any of these charges. For further information on customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
- For Pre-Order items, please find the estimated time of arrival at our warehouse in the product page. Please note that estimated arrival time is not guaranteed. We strive to keep our customers updated with the order status and follow up with our suppliers and shipping vendors constantly. After the item arriving at our warehouse/shop, please allow 2-3 business days for your items to be shipped out/ready to be picked up. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking as soon as your package goes out; For pickup customers, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please note: order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed.
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer exchange or refund due to change of mind (include pre-order items) unless the product is faulty or defective. If this unfortunately occurs, we’ll gladly assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items within 48 hours after you received the product.
- The issue must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours after you received the product.
- A detailed description/image of the damage must be provided.
- Please note: if an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to us by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded
*We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 48 hours return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. FUNSTY is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.
