Flat shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout.
We currently ship to Canada and the USA only.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Order Processing
- All successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation.
- In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days via UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator.

Special Order: estimated arrival dates are shown on product pages. These dates are estimates only. We strive to keep our customers updated with the order status and follow up with our suppliers and shipping vendors constantly.

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for shipping or store pickup.

A shipping or pickup confirmation will be sent when the order is ready.

- Please note: Special Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once order is confirmed and placed as they are submitted for production right away.
- For International Orders, customs assessments may delay delivery timelines. FUNSTY is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid duties.
Customs, Duties & Brokerage Fees (For Orders Outside Canada)
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees, assessed by the destination country.
These charges are:
- Not included in your order total
- Not controlled by FUNSTY
- The full responsibility of the receiver
- Required to be paid to the carrier or your local customs office before delivery can occur
FUNSTY is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unpaid duties or customs processing.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for duty estimates before ordering.
Refusal to Pay Duties / Refused or Failed Delivery
If the receiver does not pay required duties or refuses the shipment, the carrier may:
(a) Return the package to FUNSTY
(b) Dispose of the package, depending on local regulations
If the package is returned to FUNSTY:
The following fees will be deducted from any eligible refund:
- Return shipping fees
- Re-import duties and taxes
- Customs handling fees
- Carrier surcharges
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
Refunds will only be issued after the package has been physically returned to our warehouse and inspected.
If the package is disposed of by customs and cannot be returned, the order is considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
Refused deliveries due to unpaid duties do not qualify as non-delivery or lost package claims.
Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
If a package cannot be delivered due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address,

Receiver unavailability,
- Failure to pick up from a carrier location, or
- Refusal to pay customs duties
… the shipment may be returned to FUNSTY.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Re-import/customs fees

Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
Any eligible refund will be processed once the item is returned to us.
Returns
At FUNSTY, we take great care in curating limited-quantity home décor and furniture pieces. We want you to love your purchase. To ensure every customer receives brand-new, unused products, we keep our return policy simple and strict.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Large parcel and oversized items are not eligible for return in order to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
- Items that are opened, used, assembled, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.
- Please note: Returns are not available for orders shipped to United States due to duty and customs processing.

All return requests must be approved by us before the item is sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We can provide a return label at the following flat rates for small parcels:
- Ontario & Quebec: $15
- All other Canadian provinces: $25
- We can provide a return label upon request, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee (based on the product price) will be deducted from the refund for all approved returns.
Refund Method
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
- Store credit will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Any item marked as Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@funsty.ca with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our priority is to ensure that every customer receives their purchase in perfect condition. If you have any questions or need assistance before making your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help and are happy to assist you in any way we can.
We are unable to assist with:
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Issues without photo proof
- Missing packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
Refused or Returned-to-Sender Orders (Non-Defective Items)
If an order is refused by the customer or returned to us by the carrier for any reason (including unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failure to pick up), only the cost of the product will be refunded, minus:

Return shipping fees / Re-import duties and carrier charges / Original shipping fees (non-refundable)
Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal, unavailability of the receiver, or failure to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and re-import fees. Refunds will be processed once the package is returned to FUNSTY.
Price Adjustments
Unfortunately we do not offer any price matches as we are an authorized retails of all brands we carry, we strictly follow their RRP.
There are no price adjustments after an order has been placed.
